By the time we turn 30 years old, half our stem cells "fall asleep," into a kind of hibernation. At 60, 90% of them are sleeping.
Our bodies get more difficult to live in when they can't repair injuries as quickly, or recover from normal daily activities like before.
We're old that "it's part of aging, and isn't that better than the alternative?"
But what if I showed you a way to AGE BACKWARDS?
It's possible, and it has been happening for thousands of people worldwide for over 20 years.
By now, you may have heard of "tapping," which is acupuncture without needles, by using your fingertips to tap on specific points on your hands, face, and torso.
Originally known as Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and popularly known as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), tapping has helped millions of people with a wide range of problems. From empowering Vietnam veterans to overcome complex PTSD to knocking out addictions to nicotine or even opioids, tapping connects the body-mind with its power to heal itself.

I deliver music programs to the incarcerated and to children at youth organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club.
PROGRAMS FOR THE INCARCERATED:
Currenly in our tenth season, we deliver the Jailhouse Jazz and Blues Workshops for the Westchester County Department of Corrections.
Working specifically with a population that has been referred for intensive daily group sessions and individual therapy (psycho-social and medical), I am proud to be part of a 360 degree approach to empowering the incarcerated to use music and lyrics to re-calibrate their inner experience and observable behaviors.
The goal is ultimately to prevent suicide, as this program was inspired by Allbritton's learning about Kalief Browder's suicide. May his death not be in vain.
PROGRAMS FOR YOUTH:
Using music and play, I teach children how to identify and resist predators, They then perform for their peers and at fundraising events for their youth organization to facilitate a train-the-trainer approach that is age-appropriate. For a deeper dive into these programs, see the text to the right titled "Youth-Based Organizations."

I am a quality-of-life empowerment coach offering a selection of educational workshops, easy-to-use products, and cutting-edge technologies that are used worldwide with excellent results for people and animals suffering from disease, injury, and various types of pain (post-surgical, chronic, acute, debilitating).
My master of public health degree has a dual emphasis: Health Education and Global Health (Loma Linda University School of Public Health). As part of my education, I lived overseas for around 4 years, mostly in Viet Nam and Thailand. Learning about Buddhism in comparative religion studies has enriched my life.
Built upon my BA in business administration with a marketing major and psychology minor (California State University, San Bernardino), my MPH can be described as an MBA for non-profit organizations in Third World or multi-cultural, multi-lingual environments. Currently I live in New York (since 2009) and have infinite opportunities to engage with individuals from vastly diverse backgrounds.
I have numerous certificates of post-graduate education in body-mind healing modalities.
My latest certification is Level 2 in the Candace Silvers Healing Modality, and it was a privilege to study with Ms. Silvers herself in person.

In 2020, when children were kept at home to continue their education online, and many of their parents were struggling to adapt to the challenges of the time, predators took their operations to terrifying new levels of reach and impact.
Suicide rates of children as young as 8 began to climb, and among boys in high school the numbers skyrocketed. The parents left to grieve have joined forces with law enforcement, legislators, and educators to help other families avoid the same tragedy.
My workshops at the Boys and Girls Club of Mount Vernon started in 2023 to raise awareness among children and empower them to identify and avoid predatory contacts online (and in real life).
I also conduct professional training for faculty, staff and professionals in other career fields to support the kids and their families if sextortion (sexual + extortion) does occur.
Workshops are available to all organizations, with special focus on health care workplaces where the program participants are likely to be in contact with individuals at high risk as a predator target.

The workshops teach participants how to write their own 12-bar blues song. They learn basic music theory and study the music, lyrics, creators, and performers of the jazz and blues standsards. At the end of the workshop series, I bring in live jazz musicians to back up the particpants for a talent show.
May his death not be in vain.
RIP, Kalief Browder.

In collaboration with educator and author Letitia Gottasche, MA, I'm helping raise awareness about how child abuse impacts medical health and emotional wellness in later adulthood.
For two years we have been offering panel discussions that include experts who are psychotherapists, case workers working at police stations, domestic violence coordinators, and others.
These presentations are also offered to employers as part of the HR-based services.
I reference research and teachings of such world experts as Peter Levine, PhD; Gabor Maté, MD; Irene Lyon, MS; Bruce Lipton, PhD; Candace Pert, PhD; Joe Dispenza, DC; Jeffery Combs, Edward Stevens, MD; and other illustrious experts in the field of post-trauma empowerment.

What an amazing time to be alive! As technology and science advance, even the toughest skeptics begin to admit that maybe what once seemed "woo woo" is "WOW WOW!"
Some of our tools are being taught to medical students and are part of a pilot program with the National Institutes of Health (USA).
Join us in this adventure to experience how these modalities can empower you to live your best life with less pain, more mobility, and increased ability to self-heal.
